The objective was to implement a complete solution that would enable a successful market launch while providing a solid foundation for future growth.
The Challenge
After receiving its licence, Allwyn Slovakia required a technology partner capable of delivering a comprehensive online casino solution within a limited timeframe.
Beyond meeting regulatory requirements, the platform needed to support day-to-day operations and allow business teams to efficiently manage players, campaigns and website content.
From the official project kickoff on 2 October 2024 to the commercial launch on 14 July 2025, the project involved more than 50 workshops and project meetings, covering business analysis, specification, design, development and implementation.
One of the project’s greatest strengths was the close collaboration between teams from both companies, allowing complex requirements to be addressed efficiently throughout the implementation.
The Solution
